Wake & Bake Elevated Yoga: Self-Care Soiree - JULY 25th

Start your Saturday slow and elevated with Wake + Bake Yoga at Canni Hemp.

We’ll gather outdoors in Canni’s lanai space for a laid-back, beginner-friendly yoga experience designed to help you relax, move and connect.

Before class, enjoy complimentary samples provided by Canni Hemp to help ease into the morning. Consumption is entirely optional and BYO is welcome.

This special summer kickoff event will feature live acoustic music from Ras Ameen + Peter Irving as Jessica from MKE Yoga Social™ guides a 45-minute smooth, feel-good yoga flow accessible for all levels.

After class, stay for a Summer Self-Care Soirée featuring:

✨ Tarot readings from Tarot D’Amore
✨ Reiki from Mosaic Healing and Wellness
